Square6 is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation. You assume full responsibility for any risks and agree to release Square6 and its staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities.

- All fees for activities and services are due upon booking or at the time of use.
- Prices may be subject to change, and Square6 reserves the right to adjust rates at any time. However, rates confirmed during booking will be honored.

- Square6 provides equipment for each activity. Users are responsible for using equipment safely and must return all equipment in the condition it was provided.
- Damages caused by misuse of equipment may result in repair or replacement fees charged to the responsible party.
