Cancellation and Refund Policy

Square6 Indoor Sports Arena understands that plans can change. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to be fair and flexible while ensuring that we can manage our resources effectively for all guests.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Cancellation (24 hours or more): If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. However, we offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule your session at no additional charge.
  • No-Show: If you do not arrive for your scheduled session and fail to inform us, the booking will be marked as a “no-show,” and no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling (24 hours or more): You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your booking time, subject to availability, at no additional cost.
  • Last-Minute Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your session may be considered at the discretion of Square6 management. Please contact us directly for assistance.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If payment was made by cash, you may collect the refund at Square6 or choose an alternative method as agreed with our management.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the case of an unexpected emergency or event preventing Square6 from delivering the scheduled session (such as facility issues or unforeseen closures), we will notify you promptly. In such cases, you may choose between rescheduling your session or receiving a full refund.
